Regardless of your view on the matter, there may be some good deals to be had. If you're seeling testing materials on eBay it would be nice if you would verify credentials (such as through a board's website) or otherwise act ethically in terms of test content.

PsychologicalAssessment.org is advertising a new, multi-user blog about psychological testing where you can not only comment on blog posts but create your own on topics including psychometrics. Approximate Expected Release Dates of New Test Versions based on the publishers’ websites:
The MMPI-2-RF (a shorter form of the MMPI-2) is expected early 2008 (check out pearson assessments for an update). The WAIS-IV is expected Fall, 2008. The WMS-IV is expected Summer, 2009.
